University of Minnesota Twin-Cities campus has three separate campuses- East Bank, West Bank and Saint Paul campus. The October 10th welcome reception takes place at Surly Brewing Company which is about two miles from the East Bank campus, and about four miles from the Saint Paul campus. The conference talks and poster session on October 11-12th are on Saint Paul campus. The Campus Connector Route 121 connects Saint Paul and East bank campuses and is FREE with pickups every 5-15 minutes depending on the time. Uber / Lyft rides are economical and readily available as well.

Lodging

We are holding a block of rooms at the hotels listed below that we feel would be most convenient for our conference. Please reserve rooms on your own as it is not a part of the registration. Since the cost of lodging is separate from the registration fee, also feel free to check out other options in town. 

Graduate Hotel, Minneapolis

The Graduate Hotel is right on the East Bank campus,  ~1.5 miles from Surly Brewing Company, and ~6 miles from the conference venue on the Saint Paul campus. Radisson Hotel Minneapolis/St. Paul North (Roseville)

The Radisson Hotel is ~5 miles from Surly Brewing Company, and ~3 miles from conference venue on Saint Paul campus. There is a hotel shuttle available to drop guests to Saint Paul campus.
